"As good as it gets"

Using the visual apparatus of the (usually female) fortune-teller, a crystal ball, “As Good As It Gets” presents a peculiar window on an almost-perfect world. The “medium’s” lens, the crystal ball, promises to image/imagine your future. Here, the apparently real world of photographic mimesis can be held in your hand. And yet something seems off – the future is not so clear. Shot in several countries, the series takes the viewer on an oblique tour of various landscapes, natural and human-made.
